It's funny how things can end up. Last saturday I played alongside the man who I assigned god status getting into house music as a little kid. Being part of the massive french house music scene in the late 90's Alan Braxe (most left in the picture) was one of the people who got me into house music. Watching him play all his big tracks made me feel like a 14 year old girl attending a backstreet boys concert.

People have been asking me for the releasedate of my remix of MC Flipside - In The Zone. I'm finally able to tell you it's going to be released on the 17th of March on PBR Recordings. It's not the only Flipside meets Bart record that's going to drop. A rework of my track Make Some Noise which features Mc Flipside on vocals and comes with hot new remixes by Lee Mortimer and Jenner is to be expected through Secure Recordings this March as well. In the meanwhile check out this video of Laidback Luke playing 'In The Zone' out in Liverpool.

It was only until october last year when Tommie Sunshine played me a few of his tracks while we were in the studio working on a record, that I got to know about Dan Aux's music. I got struck by the amount of energy and crazyness that's in his music and started playing out some of his tracks. 3 months later I played Auckland, New Zealand and of course I had to meet the man. The next day we went into the studio together to work on some music. The result is our track 'Get Up' which is what we call dutchstep, influenced by both dutch house and dubstep. I'll make sure to post a preview on here soon.

Hey everyone, my new record 'Romane'  is available on Sound Pellegrino through most online digital recordstores. A very big big up to all the remixers: Para One, Rubix, Gucci Vump and Bambounou & French Fries for all doing such a great job. Glad to be the one that's getting remixed instead of being the remixer for once haha
